The 2013 Rally is an awesome kite for beginning riders and students. We use this kite extensively. It has enough bar pressure that beginning riders get the feel for the kites’ motion while not overwhelming them. The Rally has excellent water relaunch capabilities, which is great during the early months of riding. There is plenty of depower enabling a wide range of use. The use of five struts on this years model makes the kite more stable in gusty conditions.
